Refund / Warranty Policy
REFUNDS POLICY
If you have purchased a product with us that is faulty or does not meet one or more consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or repair on said product. If the problem is minor and can be fixed, we reserve the opportunity to fix the problem and may seek to repair the faulty item under warranty. If the problem is major or cannot be fixed, we will look to provide a brand new replacement, or provide a full refund. Please note that we will honor the product refund only in these situations. If the product (for example, our Spin Bikes, our Treadmills, etc) are assembled by the customer/client themselves, they are responsible for correct installation. Any problems that may arise from incorrect installation may not be covered under our refunds policy, and as such, a refund will not be offered. The delivery and labor costs (strapping, packaging, assembling, admin fees, etc) will not be included in the refund, and this will be at Southern Fitness Wholesale's digression.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
As a part of our commitment to customer service, our Warranty Team is here to assist you with any troublesome equipment you may have purchased from us. We keep spare parts to most of the machines we sell and what we don’t have, we can do the leg work to get parts in for you. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you retain your invoice for proof of purchase. We also may request that you return a part to the warehouse as proof of the issue, however in most cases, clear photographs of the damaged part will suffice. If the product (for example, our Spin Bikes, our Treadmills, etc) are assembled by the customer/client themselves, they are responsible for correct installation. Any problems that may arise from incorrect installation may not be covered under warranty, and as such, will not be covered. See below for a detailed overview of the Warranty times we offer on our gym and fitness equipment, both commercial gym equipment and domestic gym products and accessories.
